Newly promoted Premier Soccer League side Manica Diamonds have unveiled their squad for the upcoming season which begins in March.
The Gem boys unveiled 10 new signings whilst also announcing that they have retained 9 players from the side that won promotion to the top flight from the eastern region division one last season.
The new signings include top flight players such as former Dynamos players Partson Jaure and Peace Makaha, midfielder Wisdom Mutasa (Caps United), Marshall Mudehwe (FC Platinum), Pritchard Mphelele( Harare City) and Ashley Reynes (Black rhinos).
The club also signed players from the eastern region including , Last Jesi (Buffaloes), Gilbert Timoti , Tafadzwa Pini and Tendai Mukoni, all from Green Fuel.
The players retained by Manica Diamonds are Stephen Sibanda, Jorum Muchambo, Ismael Lawe, Godfrey Chisango, Timire Mamvura, Nelson Tachi, Tinashe Chigede, Lawrence Masibhera and Roderick Mufudza.
The club also named former player Hibron Makukutu as the coach of their Under 20 side that will be playing in division 2.
Manica Diamonds head coach Luke Masomere told Diamond FM that he is looking to sign more players before the start of the season.
