Mutare bottling company lost a month worth of production due to foreign currency shortages in the past year.

Speaking at the industrial tour by the Minister of State for Manicaland Province, Senator Monica Mutsvangwa, MBC's Managing Director, Allen Lang, said to counter the effects they have already engaged local financial institutions and this could easily translate to increased operating capacity of up to 200 000 more cases per month.

Mutare bottling company is currently at 25% operating capacity and aims to increase the capacity to 50% in the coming months if the foreign currency situation improves.
