The business community in Mutare has challenged the local authority to be more transparent and prosecute all former employees accused of swindling council funds.
Speaking at a supplementary budget meeting at Civic centre most business people called on council to be innovative in managing its resources and most of them have raised reservations of council's 160 million supplementary budgets.
However Town Clerk Joshua Maligwa said council is continuously improving their delivery services and management of their resources adding that the supplementary budget is necessary for council to continue delivering its services.
