The Department of Agricultural, Technical and Extension Services (Agritex) in Manicaland has embarked on a drive to educate and encourage farmers in the province’s seven districts to grow traditional grains during the 2021-22 summer cropping season. Provincial Agronomist Mr Cephas Mlambo said they are training farmers on farm production and use of season forecast information to plan for their farming activities.
