Planted cotton in Chipinge South is progressing on well following the recent rains that were experienced across the province with most farmers optimistic for a bumper harvest. Chipinge South legislator Honorable Enock Porusingazi said they did not experience any crop damages, with several farmers preparing to filter their crop to curb destruction by pests. He added that, farmers are also venturing into sunflower farming one of the key focus areas under Presidential Input Scheme program.
