Banana farmers in Honde Valley have bemoaned the low uptake of their produce at local markets saying it has negatively affected their business. Farmers' representative Bishoni Mubare says that few individuals are coming in to buy with low prices, a situation which is leading to most farmers opting to venture into maize and soyabeans to sustain their livelihoods.
