At least 170 Small and Medium Enterprise business owners in Chipinge have been equipped with knowledge on the importance of social security under the Old Mutual Pension Scheme workshop recently held in the district. In an interview, Chipinge SMEs programs coordinator, Mr Isee Zihwi said the program equipped business owners with requisite knowledge on how they can secure their future through use of pension schemes and curb old age poverty. He added that the program must be extended to more SMES business personnel in the province as they constitute majority of the businesses sector country wide.
