At least 65 established and upcoming bakery owners benefited from wedding cakes workshop which was being spearheaded by a local organization.

In an interview, Yoyo’s Baking Supplies owner Yolanda Mambeu said the wedding summit workshop was meant to empower bakeries with new information around the evolution of wedding cakes so that they move with time. She added that the summit workshop also assisted small bakers to link with established bakeries for business linkages and discuss possible markets
