Cotton farmers in Chipinge and Checheche areas have bemoaned the market inconsistency that is being witnessed at the local cotton buying points saying it is delaying their payments. Zimbabwe Farmers Union Provincial Manager Professor Edward Mataruse called on the Agricultural Marketing Authority (AMA) to correct the anomaly for the benefit of the farmer to enhance their production in the next season and the country as a whole.
