Manicaland based model, Courtney Jongwe, made the province proud at Miss Environment Zimbabwe finals when she became the 1st runner-up and scooped best project price. Courtney said she is honored to be crowned the 1st Princess in her first pageant as she pledged to intensify her campaigns for the protection of the environment and to support Miss Environment Zimbabwe. The modeling competitions were held at Waterfront Resort in Kariba last Saturday with 18 ladies competing and Pauline Marare was crown Miss Environment Zimbabwe while Wendy Maturi was crowned second princess.
