Informal traders at Riverside market in Odzi have bemoaned the lack of access to clean water at their vending site, a situation they say is posing health hazards for customers and the traders. Riverside market Chairperson Nicholas Muchapupira says that there is need to have water supply and refurbish the vending stalls to enable informal traders to have enough operating space in line with Covid 19 regulations. Government has since encouraged local authorities to construct proper vending stalls for vendors to improve sanitation and hygiene.
