Health and Child care deputy minister, Dr John Mangwiro says work needs to be done to upgrade infrastructure at most health facilities in Manicaland as means to ensure delivery of quality healthcare services. Speaking during his tour of Mutambara mission hospital in Chimanimai yesterday, Dr Mangwiro said only doctors are fairly accommodated while nurses have no accommodation, further highlighting that government has plans to construct decent houses for health works across the country.
